When I launched my first children’s book and decided it was time for a website, I knew Peter could take my vision and translate it into a beautiful website.

The Real Issue
Most websites don’t miss the mark because they look bad. They miss because they’re hard to understand.
People arrive, skim for a moment, and leave. Not because they aren’t interested — but because they’re unsure what they’re looking at, or what they’re supposed to do next.
That uncertainty adds up.
Their recent website revamp was outstanding. Julia’s creativity and attention to detail really brought the site to life.
It looks beautiful, functions perfectly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

Who We Work With
We work with authors, creatives, and professionals who care deeply about their work—and want a website that reflects that care without becoming another full-time job.
Why This Matters
When a website is clear, people feel more at ease.
This means they:
- understand what you do,
- trust your site and you, and
- know where to go next.
That makes conversations simpler.
What We Do
We help you:
- focus on what actually matters,
- organize your site so it makes sense, and
- give your visitors a clear next step.
No fluff. No overthinking. No surprises. Just a website that does what it’s supposed to do.
Who We Are

Devondev is run by Peter and Julia Wooster. We focus on building websites that are both functional and attractive.
Peter has been a programmer and website developer for many years. In addition to developing websites, he has written plugins for WordPress. He has also created websites using HTML instead of WordPress. This flexibility helps meet clients where they are.
Julia brings a strong administrative and organizational background, along with years of hands-on experience building and managing websites. She created her first site in the 1990s while working as a virtual assistant.
Together, we work with you to build a site that makes sense for you and your visitors.

We have received many compliments on the beautiful re-designed website and the ease at which clients can navigate the site to find what they need quickly.

What Changes
- People know what you offer.
- They know where to go next.
- And they reach out with fewer questions.
- Your sales process becomes easier.
If you’re not sure where to start with your website, we can help.
The Cost of Not Having a Website
Social media is useful, but it isn’t something you own. Platforms change. Accounts may disappear. Visibility shifts based on decisions you don’t control.
A website is different. It’s a place you own, where your work can exist on its own terms.
Social media helps people discover you.
Your website helps them understand you.
Together, they do different jobs — and work best as a team.
